Venue Rental Details:

Rent our unique main event space (excluding the kitchen and bar areas) for just $90 per hour.

This provides you with a beautiful, adaptable canvas, complete with the inspiring backdrop of Alexandre Aimee's art and our whimsical decor, to bring your party vision to life.

Enhance Your Event with Our Services:

Looking for a little extra help to make your event perfect? We offer additional services at an extra cost to streamline your planning:

• Catering Flexibility: While our venue does not include ovens for cooking, we welcome you to work with your preferred outside catering company to provide delicious food for your guests.

• Beverage & Liquor Policy:

  • Liquor License: If you plan to serve alcoholic beverages, the renter is responsible for obtaining their own Special Occasion Permit (liquor license) and appropriate insurance.

  • Event Insurance: We can provide event insurance for your gathering at an additional cost, if required. Please inquire for details.

• Art Removal: Our space is a gallery in itself, featuring unique art by Alexandre Aimee. If you prefer a completely blank canvas for your event, we can arrange for the removal of the art for an additional fee of $100.

• Post-Event Cleanup: We kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it. A cleanup fee will be applied if the venue is not tidied after your party.
